Nowadays, it is important for teams to be high-performing, cross-functional, and flexible in organizational contexts.

The enabling of working together effectively as a team, for the achievement of common goals, is then a key competence for the success of people and businesses.

So how can we improve the working-on-team’s skill? Which are the main values a recruiter searches in a good team player?

    An outstanding team member infuses passion and dedication to other people.

The commitment for an important objective passes through sharing the company’s mission, vision and values.

    A good team player makes sure of being prepared. Moreover, in a skilled team, people are more confident in achieving good quality results. The competence builds a strong team and lowers anxiety.

    Perseverance and objective’s focusing are simple to acheive for a focused and occupied people. When people are committed, moreover, they are steadfast in their belief that they will succeed.
  3. Immagination
    Thinking outside the box is the key for an organisational transformation, leading to innovation. A team who can solve problems with a creative way is a winner, because it is made of people who aren’t afraid to share their thinking and able to embrace new ideas!
  4. Sense of humor
    Levity holds the team together, thanks to the shared missions and values. The dedication and responsibility for shared values don’t forbid to the team members to have fun!
  5. Curiosity
    The best team members ask open questions, they aren’t messengers of absolute truth. They are curious and open-minded.
  6. Reliability
    An ideal team member understands the importance of commitment. Reliability is keeping your word, from time to time.
  7. Collaboration
    First of all, collaboration is giving support before offering to help others. The strong team members value the power and synergy created by effective collaboration.
