Sono questi i risultati di un’indagine condotta da JHunters su un campione di circa 200 candidati under 35, su tutto il territorio nazionale: per circa il 76% degli intervistati la retribuzione rimane l’aspetto più interessante; solo il 24%, invece, prende in considerazione altri benefit (di questi, il 40% predilige la flessibilità oraria e il 60% benefit non monetari).
